BWLCH MAESGWM 2019 – This is an annual classic 10k race in Llanberis, organised by the Snowdon Race committee, it’s another event to start off the build towards the CASTELL HOWELL – International Snowodn Race 2019. Once again great support as always also funds raised will be for Tenovus in memory of a local running lad Rory O’donnell.
The race starts just after the cattle grid on the Llanberis Path up Snowdon, and then follow the tarmac steep hill, do not turn on the Llanberis path carry on towards Capel Hebron and then down through the marshes towards the telegraph valley path. Marshals on route and MRT. Run to the top of the Valley and then back the same way, with very steep, fast descent. Drinks will be available at the finish line (water). Registration will be at the Royal Victoria Hotel 5.15pm onwards.

All that ran, really enjoyed the race, course, the prizes from inov-8 All Terrain Running . Thank you all volunteers, marshals, Victoria Hotel for the room. All race entry fees was towards @tenovus charity in memory of Rory Odonnell. On the night, Callum his son came in 3rd postion, great run. Congratulations to Russell Bentley and Gemma moore on winning the race. Also congrats to Russell on smashing the course record by 3mins, new record 41mins 18sec.
